Delete your Housio account

Delete in the application

1. Sign in to Housio.
2. Open Profile → Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the request with your password.

Request deletion without the application

Email privacy@housio.ae from the address or phone-associated email used for your account. Include your profile name and registered phone number. Support will verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, sessions, private preferences, and personal content associations are deleted or anonymized. Public conversation integrity may require anonymizing some posts or messages instead of removing the surrounding conversation.

Limited retention

Records required for financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal obligations may be retained only for the applicable period. Encrypted backups expire automatically under the backup-retention schedule.
